Terms and Conditions
COURSE PAYMENT
The course fee must be paid in full within 30 days of registration, or 14 days before the start of the course (whichever is earlier).
Cleaning Systems Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.
Until full payment for the course booking has been received by Cleaning Systems Ltd for any booking, then that booking is regarded as unconfirmed. Any booking is to be regarded as confirmed only when full payment for that booking has been received by Cleaning Systems Ltd .
PRIVATE COURSE PAYMENT
The course fee must be paid in full upon completion of the course. A 50% deposit will be requested in order to hold the booking.
LATE PAYMENT
In the event of late payment, Cleaning Systems Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment is made.
COURSES TRANSFERS
We allow transfers according to this policy:
Any transfer made within 14 days of the course date will be charged an administration fee of $50 per training day. The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course. Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer. If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.
COURSES CANCELLATIONS
The following charges apply if you cancel:
+28 days before a course - no charge 15-28 days before a course - 50% of the course fee or 100% of deposit 0-14 days before a course - 100% of the course fee or 100% of deposit
TRANSFER BOOKING TO A SUBSTITUTE ATTENDEE
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our team of any change to the original booking by emailing admin@cleaningsystems.co.nz or calling 0800 100 117
LIVE STREAM COURSES
Live stream course bookings are final and a 'no refunds' policy will apply for cancellations.
Should a delegate be unable to attend an online course, a transfer to an alternative date can be requested, in which Courses Transfers conditions will apply.
