Terms and Conditions

COURSE DEPOSIT

After registration, to secure your booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit per person. If you cancel the course 21 days or less before course commencement, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel before 21 days, you can request your deposit back.

Ascend Foundation Courses: $200 deposit IICRC Courses: $300 deposit NZQA Qualifications: $400 deposit

COURSE PAYMENT

The course fee must be paid in full 21 days before course commencement. Cleaning Systems Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. Until full payment for the course booking has been received by Cleaning Systems Ltd for any booking, then that booking is regarded as unconfirmed. Any booking is to be regarded as confirmed only when full payment for that booking has been received by Cleaning Systems Ltd.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your course booking before 21 days, you can request a full refund. If you cancel between 14-21 days of the course start date, your deposit will be forfeited, your course fee balance can be refunded. If you cancel your course booking 0-14 days prior to commencement, 100% of your course fee will be forfeited.

PRIVATE COURSE PAYMENT

A 50% deposit will be requested on the day of booking, balance 30 days prior. Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel before 30 days of your course, full payment will be forfeited if you cancel 21 days prior to commencement of course.

TRANSFER BOOKING TO A SUBSTITUTE ATTENDEE?

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate, you will need to advise us before training starts.. Please inform our team of any change to the original booking by emailing admin@cleaningsystems.co.nz or calling 0800 100 117
